Sammie is an 18 month old small sized mixed breed girl. She has been surrendered into rescue due to problems with one of the other resident bitches in the home. Sammie got on absolutely fine with the other 4 dogs in the house; she just took a particular dislike to this one. She has however got on fine with all dogs in foster, big and small, Male and female but because of the previous problems we will not be homing her with bitches but would accept applications with calm neutered males. She could also do fine as a solo dog.
Sammie loves people and adores cuddles but is very very shy with new people. She is incredibly quiet currently and has found the process of coming into rescue very stressful. We are keen to find her a home to love and cherished her and make her happy again. Sammie enjoys her walks, is housebroken and non destructive in the home. She is crate trained but is not used to having the door shut. At night she goes in a crate with blankets over the top and settles nicely in it.
Sammie is fine to be left for reasonable durations of time and will make someone a fantastic dog. Her family were really heartbroken to be giving her up. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped and will be subject to a home check and adoption donation. She will also come with 4 weeks free insurance and a voucher for a box of free food.
