Rosea – 6-7 month old female Cross-Breed

Rosea is a crossbreed puppy from Bulgaria, so has a Pet Passport. She was born on the 26th November 2018 in the barn of a British family who live there. Her parents were village dogs who had taken up residence in the barn, and were being fed and neutered by the family, Mum was a newcomer, who arrived pregnant. The pups were moved into the families cottage once weaned.

Rosea is living with our rather large family of assorted dogs, and one horse. She is a sweet gentle girl, eager to please and biddable. Rosea is definitely the sensitive one of her litter and needs just a little more reassurance than her brothers and sisters. Rosea is at the Sanctuary near Kidwelly. She is friendly to people of all ages, male and female, though a little shy at first with new people, and needs space to get to know them in her own time. She likes children, and enjoys their company, but we feel she is too sensitive to cope with a home filled with raucous kids.

Rosea is fantastic with other dogs of all ages and sizes too. She has met cats, and behaved with friendly curiosity. Rosea is coming on with her house training. She is a typical puppy and likely to get up to mischief if left unsupervised. She is a great traveller, and settles happily in the car. Rosea is looking for a best friend. Someone who can be with her most of the time. She would like to have a family with someone home most of the day to teach her all the things that make a well balanced adult. She would love to have another dog or dogs to play with.

If your job is not too intense, and filled with customers coming in and out, she would be happy to accompany you to work. She loves going out exploring, and walks beautifully on a harness. Rosea attracts attention with her lovely eyes and gentle nature, and people are drawn to her.

If you are interested in adopting Rosea first you must complete our pre adoption questionnaire, this and our full adoption procedure are available via email.

Assuming all is well after this, and once you have had a successful homecheck, you will need to be able to travel to the Sanctuary near Kidwelly to meet /adopt her.
