Mia is a 6 month old female Cross-Breed. Mia has issues with her hind legs, she has had full investigations and will need surgery when she is fully grown, at approximately 12-18 months old. With this in mind we would like to find Mia a home committed to supporting her through surgery and until she is fit again.
She is not a dog that needs your pity, she is full on and loves to play with the other dogs. Mia will need a home where she is allowed to be a dog but consideration given to the fact that her mobility is severely compromised. She loves other dogs and is a tenacious little girl who lets nothing stop her in her pursuit of fun and frolics.
Mia will need new owners who are around for most of the day, at least one other dog is a must, Mia is fine with cats but does play with them so any cats must be dog savvy and happy to play. Timid cats would not cope with Mia’s attempts to play. Due to her mobility any children will need to be older teenagers who can understand and allow for her issues.
Mia cannot be walked in the real sense but we do have a pram so that she can get out and about and enjoy life. She is a great girl who needs owners who are used to dogs with limited mobility but who are young and playful and need to ensure their needs are met in other ways.
Mia is currently being fostered in Aldershot Hampshire. She has been neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and is up to date with flea and worming treatments.
