Poppy is a Chihuahua who we believe to be around 3 years old. Poppy came into rescue after being found as a stray in a terrible state, underweight and suffering from Dermodectic mange. Poppy has since really come on well, fully recovered and turned into a lovely friendly, affectionate girl. Currently in a multi dog household and with cats in foster without issue. Poppy would need to be homed with another dog, to continue her confidence building. Housetraining is coming on very well and we now only have the odd accident, therefore continued training a must. Poppy really looks forward to her walks and has been off lead in an enclosed environment, with good recall. Poppy has been fine to be left alone without issues for a reasonable amount of time. Poppy can be homed with resident children aged 5 plus.
