Bella – 6 year old female Pug cross Chihuahua

Bella is a 6 year old Pug cross Chihuahua bitch being fostered in family home in Gloucestershire with 2 other dogs and visiting grandchildren. This lovely girl came into our care after being let down by her previous owners knowing she had a rescue place in a few days in a foster home – they still went ahead and told the Dog Warden nobody would take her and let her go to a Dog Pound after complaints from neighbours about a dog being left alone in a house for a week. When we found out we were horrified and immediately arranged for her to come into our care.

This lovely girl has a been a delight her foster family have said, she has been very easy to fall in love with as she is so sweet natured. She gets on well with the dogs in the family with no problems, she travels well in the car, loves her walks and enjoys the company of the visiting grandchildren who are very young, house training has been a little hit and miss but she is getting there and copies the other dogs but there have been a few accidents but her foster mum said once you get to know her you can tell when she needs to go, its not Bella fault she has never been shown properly but she is nearly there already.

Bella is a very affectionate little dog and likes to be with you, she has a big heart and lots of love which makes it so sad that she has been let down like this. From what we can gather she was with her last family for 18 months who brought her off one of the free ad sites – the problem is Bella is one of those so called designer breeds so ends up with the wrong people like many of these dogs and gets passed around. But not anymore for little Bella we will find her a home now where she will be the centre of someones world for the rest of her life. Would love to find her a home similar to her foster home, a quiet house with a retired couple with another dog as she does love her friends.

Bella while in our care has started her vaccinations, been spayed and had a very intense dental as her teeth were in a terrible state and she has had many removed and been on antibiotics.

Now recovered we can now start looking for that amazing home for Bella.

If you think you are the right match for her please email us for our questionnaire but preference will be taken for a retired person or couple with another dog.
